I'm normally not a fan of tops. I am constantly in tights and a dress. However, modcloth has an amazing selection. I've never found so many tops, sweaters and tee's that I can actually picture myself wearing.

Sweater.

I just received this amazing sweater in the mail from Urban Outfitters. I LOVE it. I wish I could take better pictures but I have a horrible camera. Or maybe I'm just a horrible photographer. I'm not used to, neither am I a fan of digital photography. But I've never been passionate about photography either---I just really enjoyed developing photos and by total luck I always got some pretty amazing pictures. [Of course, that was three years ago, back when I was still in high school.]


ANNNNNDD, I saw Avatar in 3D today! My friend had five free movies available to her so she treated me. I'm blown away. The plot is predictable, but the plot was never why I really wanted to see this movie to begin with. No. It was the colours! The imagery.

Neither failed to disappoint. The colours alone were breathtaking. And even though the plot was predictable, I still really enjoyed it. This is definitely on my top 10 list.

My New Year Resolution.

In the past, I've never taken this seriously, but I decided this year I would.
I'm starting small in two ways. In the goal and in the amount.
I want to read a book a month. I know I could read more, but I work so much and I don't want reading to become a chore. I LOVE books, but I haven't been reading as much as I would like.

So besides being kind to everyone I meet, I want to read twelve [at the least] books in the new year. Let's see just how many novels [and maybe the odd comic book. And by book I mean hardcover novel type comic. The only comic series I read is based on The Dark Tower, go figure.] that I manage to finish.
